Cost calculator and estimate ranges
Our cost calculator produces planning ranges only. It is not a quote, an offer, or a contract. Actual pricing depends on measured dimensions, site conditions, demolition needs, slab thickness, reinforcement, drainage and grading work, access, permitting, and material costs at the time of the project. A firm price requires a site visit and a written estimate.
Scope of services
We provide residential concrete driveway services only, including installation, replacement, widening and extensions, aprons and entry sections, removal and repour, and driveway repair or surface restoration. We do not perform commercial, industrial, municipal, or parking lot work.
Estimates, scheduling, and weather
Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Concrete work in South Florida is weather dependent; pours may be rescheduled for rain, and cure timelines must be respected before foot traffic and vehicles are allowed on a new slab.
Homeowner responsibilities
- Provide accurate property and access information
- Keep vehicles and personal items clear of the work area
- Mark or disclose known private irrigation, lighting, and utility lines
- Observe posted cure times before driving on new concrete
Concrete characteristics
Concrete is a natural material. Minor surface variation, color shading, and hairline cracking can occur even on correctly built slabs and are not considered defects. Control joints are installed to direct that movement.
